We are going to hold each other accountable. I’ve talked to so many women who won’t dare make a public declaration that they’re setting goals. Most of them won’t do it because they’re afraid if they fail then everyone knows.

Here’s my question…what if you don’t fail?!?!

Here’s my other question: What if you stopped allowing what other people think and start living your life in a way that allows God to start blessing you more than you could ever bless yourself? HE WANTS TO DO THAT (Ephesians 3)

Welcome to the inneractive FitCLUB Lose It Challenge.

The Challenge is called Lose IT! because there is so much of “IT” to lose.

  • “IT” could be junk from our past that keeps resurfacing
  • “IT” could be Plan B mentality to “do whatever we gotta do”
  • “IT” might be the ‘just who I am‘ that doesn’t want to see us become who we were created to be

You name “IT” and “IT” has been the reason/excuse/method/opportunity for us to rationalize why we haven’t become who we should be. Or “IT” could be the very reason compliments are warded off by pointing out our other flaws.

So are you ready to Lose IT?

October 1-31 for a 30 Day Challenge to drop off the excess that weighs us down.

If you’re wondering why it’s 30 days but there’s 31 in the month…well cuz my anniversary is in October and I do plan to celebrate; guess what, 80/20 rules! We’ll discuss that if you’ve got questions!

I don’t know about you but the past few months have been quite interesting for me. Some days I’m brimming with excitement and energy and other days I’d rather just stay put (wherever that might be) yet I’m forced to move and have a tough time finding the energy just to crack a smile. So that’s what moved me to do this challenge cuz I’m thinkin’ we all got some stuff we need to lose!

So you ready? Sweet!

oh yes, this is the month that kicks off all of those sweet treats

let’s get a handle on the cravings now!

How the challenge works:

Heart pumpin’ (Physical)

Exercise daily! 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes or 60. As long as you move forward to keep your heart rate active & increase your activity level you’re doing it right! Follow the INSTAGRAM challenge #getinneractive or shake it off with dance moves on YouTube or pick your favorite activity!

Spirit movin’ (Spiritual)

One of my favorite songs is Move by the group FLAME: it says When the Lord tells me to move I move… I love the song because it talks about being around the people who influence you to keep movin’ forward as opposed to hanging with the crowd that slowly pulls you away from walking with God. NOTHING we do will ever be just because. God must be involved in what we’re doing, or what we’re doing will be a waste of time!

 

1 Timothy 4: Exercise daily in God—no spiritual flabbiness, please! Workouts in the gymnasium are useful, but a disciplined life in God is far more so, making you fit both today and forever. You can count on this. Take it to heart. This is why we’ve thrown ourselves into this venture so totally. We’re banking on the living God, Savior of all men and women, especially believers.
