I have decided I don’t want to be beast mode or a badA …I’m just gonna be! And that has been a pretty amazing discovery!!
FOCUS: BRAVE Be brave. Think brave. Live brave. Respond brave.
We act based on what we believe not what we know. I woke up today with this word on my heart. So many friends are being brave even as I write this. I’ve prayed BRAVE PRAYERS!!! Brave in the losses, brave in fights, brave in the challenges, brave in the midst of being overwhelmed. BRAVE. What does that even mean? Are they full of that much more willpower & tenacity? Are the brave ones propelling forward because it’s just what they do?
Being brave doesn’t just happen. It’s a learned discipline that grows stronger with every opportunity we allow it to be released. Brave is the harvest of a seed of truth watered by Mercy, Grace & Love. Brave is mirrored by an inner strength we receive from Christ in exchange for doubt, rejection, fear, insecurity and uncertainty. His promise to finish what He started makes us brave. His promise to never leave us makes us brave. His promise to be our strength where we are at our weakest makes us brave. His Promise; THE PROMISE makes us brave. Pick up your sword. Fight brave soul, He has your back!!! Press on!!! I am praying big brave prayers for you! There’s bondage breaking, healing, comforting, strengthening BRAVE powers released in prayer!!!
But now, says the Lord — the one who created you, Jacob, the one who formed you, Israel: Don’t fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; when through the rivers, they won’t sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you won’t be scorched and flame won’t burn you. (Isaiah 43:1-2 CEB)
