What are you thoughts about food?

How would you describe your relationship with food? I know I’ve said I hate certain foods, love others and have a love/hate relationship with others. But are there foods that you blame? Which ones?

Are you an emotional eater?

When you’re happy, what’s your go to food?

When you’re sad, frustrated, full out angry, which food(s) seem to help you settle down or deal with your emotions?

During this nutrition month challenge we’ll look at our eating patterns, cravings, portions and why we’re eating, how we should be eating, when and what we’re eating.

But first, let’s start with the most commonly used ‘reasons’ for our eating habits. Dr. Brene Brown uncovers the issue of blame. How can you relate this to the patterns of your nutrition/eating habits?
