Happy Tight Tuesday!
Man. My day got away from me on monday. but I must say that meditating got my mind off of me and I really got a chance to give my daughter my undivided attention.
Side note: she was officially inducted into the Girl Scouts Brownie Troup! PROUD MAMA MOMENT! and daddy was able to make it so she was all smiles!
ok. so since I had no time to get to the gym, I didn’t teach any lasses and didn’t go to bed til waaaaaay past my bedtime, i couldn’t help but think of all the other mamas who might be singing this same song.
here are my absolute Go-To ‘yep yer gonna feel these’ exercises.
Since we are on the countdown to the 12 Days of Fitness and it’is less than 24 hours, let’s have a little fun with this.
Complete the following exercises for 30 seconds each
rest for 30 seconds
12 squats, 12 burpees, 12 pushups, rest 30 seconds
11 squats, 11 burpees, 11 pushups, rest 30 seconds
10 squats, 10 burpees, 10 pushups, rest 30 seconds
and so on…til you get to 1. rep of each exercise.
if you can’t do them all in one session, do the first half up to your 6 reps then finish the second half before the end of the day!
