Failure to plan is planning to fail.
Either way, the root of this is fear. That’s really what stops us. Fear that we won’t complete the task. Fear we’ll let someone else down. Fear that we don’t have what it takes. Fear that our idea/plan/dream won’t come true.
I’ve heard it before, and it’s worth repeating…
Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real.
See, there may be some truth within the fear but you can’t allow those voices in your head to convince you that you cannot accomplish what you’ve set your mind and heart on. Providing the end results isn’t malicious. God’s got a plan. Just for you. From the day you were born He had a plan just for you. Part of that plan is that you would be healthy, fit, without need, want or lacking any good thing the bible says.
So why shouldn’t we have a plan. Did you know that God will give you the desires of your heart? Even if that desire is to be disciplined enough to eat healthy, manage your checkbook, have healthy relationships where you’re not always the one that’s giving?
Where I am weak He is strong..spirit, soul (mind, emotions, imaginations, will) and body-He fills in the gaps.
What’s YOUR plan? How will you stay fit in your spirit, soul and body for the rest of this year? Tell us your plan and enter to win a FREE copy of the inneractive FITCLUB interval training DVD.
For I know the plans I have for you, plans to give you a hope and a future. (don’t lose hope-the best is yet to come)
