Those sneaky things that seem to never go away. Lysa Terkeurst’s book Made to Crave really helped me get a grasp on why we crave, why you can’t just ignore them and why they’re actually suppose to be there. Yes. We were made to crave.

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

2 cups Steel cut oats

1/4 cup each almonds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, raisins, pumpkin seeds

1 sliced banana,

dash of pumpkin pie spice

a drizzle of honey

Shakeology Treats

Pumpkin Vanilla Spice Energy bites

1 1/2 scoops Vanilla Shakeology

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup Nature’s Path Pumpkin Flax Granola

1/4 cup of natural nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew)

1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/4 cup sliced raw almonds

dash of pumpkin pie spice

Pumpkin Vanilla Spice Smoothie

Pumpkin Vanilla Spice

1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology

cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice (or pumpkin pie spice)

1 container of Dannon Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt

2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla almond Milk

ice & water to desired consistency. (freeze it if you want a yummy dessert)
