Swimsuit confidence is: time maintenance. It’s upkeep. It’s knowing that you have something but you gotta do something with it. So, it’s knowing what you got, but doing what it takes to keep it.
See everything has potential but that doesn’t mean it will be. Your potential is locked inside of you and the only one to know your potential is you. But the first step to unlocking that is getting rid of the stuff that’s cluttering your time, your space, your mind and your availability. You ever met someone that just never seemed to be emotionally available yet they were extremely successful and a hard worker. They haven’t unlocked their full potential. Professional potential maybe, but we are more than just a time card.
Turn to your neighbor and say “It’s time to manage you”
Consider the mother who is an amazing cook, has a very well organized home, well groomed well behaved kids but behind that bathroom door she’s shattered. She’s disorganized. She doesn’t know if she even exists. She is her children’s mother and her husband’s wife but has no idea where her life is.
Say it “It’s time to manage you”

Nutrition Challenge: SLOW DOWN
Eating should not be a race. Hurrying through a meal causes you to miss most of its delicious flavors, not to mention that you’re likely to eat way more than you should. That’s because your body doesn’t recognize it’s full until twenty minutes after you’ve eaten too much.
So instead, go slower. Put your phone down. Turn off the television. Chew slowly and focus on each bite, putting your fork down between them. By doing so, you’ll reach that feeling of satiety without ever feeling like you need to unloosen your belt a notch. -(Source: Team Beachbody “Eat Smart Tips” by Gilian Clark)
Place Your Life Before God
1-2 So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.
