Find your inneractive F.I.T.-ness™
Transformation begins on the inside!!
Fitness is not what you do, it’s who you become. It’s physical, spiritual, emotional, relational. It’s the living sacrifice of your body, surrendered to the purpose and plan of Christ. We work(out) to be fit for the calling of the Kingdom.
Your “FIT-ness” is evident by what happens in your everyday life when you’re not in the gym. It’s the way you tend to your community, the way you represent your church, the way you reflect the light of Christ.

Let’s turn the volume up on this, shall we? Because when the volume goes up on this, the voices of shame can’t help but be silenced.
